Thomas Peckham, the owner of Moon Meadows Campground, turned himself in to sheriff's deputies, Wednesday morning. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest, Tuesday. It comes after the health department ruled the campground's septic system didn't meet state health codes. Peckham was forced, to shut it down, and all the residents had to be out, by Tuesday. A judge will now decide what's next for Peckham.
