A judge will rule, Thursday, on whether an 18 year old charged in the shooting death of a local teenager, will be tried as an adult. Larry Lemon was in court, Wednesday morning, for an evidentiary hearing. His lawyer wants the case moved to juvenile court. At the hearing a judge heard testimony about Lemon's juvenile record. His lawyer claims Lemon has responded well to treatment during an earlier run-in with the juvenile system. Lemon is charged in the January shooting death, of Steven Arrington.
